These influencing training courses are designed for those who have little or no experience of Influencing techniques.
Staff, have a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of their organisation, through the manner in which they manage their clients, staff and colleagues.
Their role requires that they perform many different functions e.g. sales person, negotiator, developer, coach and so on. Each of these functions needs a wide range of differing skills and abilities.
Above all, the primary ability, is the ability to get work done through others. This means being able to develop good working relationships and when required, being able to influence other parties.
To do all of this effectively, there are real advantages in adopting a framework that is broad enough to encompass many of the interactive situations mentioned above. This course will provide you with such a framework.
Participants will be involved in a number of “influencing” exercises.
At the end of the course, staff will have an understanding of the skills used in successful influencing and be in a position to put these skills into use in the work place.
